Here's what that means in practice.
I don't sign up as an affiliate for anything I haven't actually used. If a tour was a waste of money or a product wasn't worth it, I'll tell you, and there won't be an affiliate link next to it. The commission doesn't change what I recommend. If anything, knowing my name is attached to a link makes me pickier about what I'll endorse.
